Welcome to Eggs Up Grill. In 1987, owners Chris and Pat Skodras opened the first Eggs Up Grill in Cumberland, Rhode Island. After 10 years of success based on philosophies passed down through a generation of restaurant owners, they decided to take their concept south and opened Eggs Up Grill in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Over time they found their ingredients for success included a simple menu, quality food, signature items and an atmosphere of friendship and community.
