Located in the Socastee Historic District this 104 year old house and 109 year old General Store showcase many types of events: Weddings, Birthday Parties, Business Conferences, Holiday Parties, Board Meetings
Cooper House allows outside caterers but we have a fabulous chef of our own. Events can be held in the gardens or in one of our Historical Buildings.
Owner and Staff are congenial and most accommodating...Also very creative in assisting with menu suggestions...The fare is consistently delicious!!

Not only a venue for weddings but for a holiday gathering. My husband and I invited the office staff for the dinner theater evening during the Christmas season. Everyone enjoyed the food and the production of Yes, Virginia. There is a Santa Claus. It was a fun evening!

The Cooper House is the Best Venue for any affair. I held my in-laws 60th Anniversary here and it was perfect. Rita attended to every little detail. Whatever event you're planning, you won't be sorry if you choose Cooper House. The food is wonderful, the setting is beautiful and you can't find anyone easier to work with than Rita.
