Eric Masson is a gifted French chef who graduated from the most famous culinary school in Paris, L'Ecole Gregoire Ferandi. He is the most creative chef in the area. The food is delicious and the presentation is magnificent. The restaurant is in an old home, beautifully furnished and restored. The upstairs bar is hip and fun for daily happy hour.
The Capp family takes a personal interest in the health and fitness of each of their many clients, and know everyone by name. They are also the epitome of physical fitness themselves. It is the most comfortable, friendly environment. Great bang for the buck, as well.
Carl Kerridge is simply the best photographer because his photo art is beautiful, ranging from very real to surreal. His head shots and event photgraphy is superb. He makes us all appear in photos, like we want to look .........beautiful! He's also a really nice guy, friendly, and down to earth.
